29 Resistance to rusting 防鏽

Ferrous parts, including covers and surface-mounting boxes, shall be adequately protected against rusting. 
包括蓋和表面安裝盒在內的鐵質部件必須具備足夠的防鏽保護。 
Compliance is checked by the following test. 
做如下試驗檢驗︰ 
All grease is removed from the parts to be tested, using a suitable degreasing agent. 
將被試部件使用適當的脫脂劑除去所有的油脂。 
The parts are then immersed for 10 min in a 10 % solution of ammonium chloride in water at a 
temperature of (20  ± 5) . ℃  
然後，將部件浸入 20±5℃的 10%氯化銨水溶液中達 10 min。 
Without drying, but after shaking off any drops, the parts are placed for 10 min in a box containing air saturated with moisture at a temperature of (20  ± 5) . ℃  
將試樣上的液滴甩掉，但不擦乾，然後將試樣放進 20±5℃充滿飽和水分的容器中 10 min。 
After the parts have been dried for 10 min in a heating cabinet at a temperature of (100  ± 5) , their  ℃ surfaces shall show no signs of rust. 
將試樣放進 100±5℃的烘箱中烘干 10 min 後，試樣表面不得出現鏽斑。 
NOTE 1 Traces of rust on sharp edges and any yellowish film removable by rubbing are ignored. 
注 1︰銳邊上鏽跡或可擦掉的淡黃鏽膜忽略不計。 
NOTE 2 For small springs and the like, and for inaccessible parts exposed to abrasion, a layer of grease may provide sufficient protection against rusting. Such parts are subjected to the test only if there is doubt about the effectiveness of the grease film, and the test is then made without previous removal of the grease. 
注 2︰對於小彈簧之類和不可觸及的受磨損部件，有一層油脂即足以防鏽。對於這類部件只有在對於油脂的功效有懷疑時才做試驗，而且試驗前不去除油脂。
